Marionettes are designed and built in the studio on Linda Zimmer and Don Olson’s blueberry and maple farm in Blue Rock, West Virginia.
The marionettes are carved of native hardwoods. Each character is a unique creation which joins the ensemble players of Blue Rock Marionette Theatre.

Blue Rock Marionette Theatre has a passion for the art of the marionette and a commitment to creating figures that are both beautiful and functional. However they do not limit themselves to one type of puppet. Performances utlize actors and hand puppets to convey character and story.
