Zimmer has created puppets for the PBS series Mr Rogers Neighborhood, toured
solo peformances widely in the Mid Atlantic region and performed with the
Puppet Company in Glen Echo Marlyand and the Bethesda Academy of Performing
Arts. She has developed mascot puppets and therapeutic puppetry programs
for Childrens' Hospital of Pittsburgh, West Virginia University, Childrens'
Hospital, and Shady Grove Adventist Hospital. Her work with puppets and
hospitalized children has been featured in The Washingtonian and Good
Housekeeping magazines. |
